Fly to Karaz-a-Karak (KaK) and go to the Feast Hall and out the other side to find Master Brewer Harek Surehand at 42K, 365K. He will give you the quest to get the item. You need to find and click barrels of ale, they are not hard to find if you follow the map locations.
Destruction - Spicy Troll Mushroom
Fly to Karak Eight Peaks (K8P) and go to Da Deeps.
Mixa Zegrub gives the quest and he is located at 28K, 45K.
Then you have to click a stew and a barrel at different places. They are always close to one another but sometimes a little hard to locate.
