This requires The Book of BOOM II and a group if you are low level as it spawns a level 23-29++ hero. If the hero despawns, abandon the quest and click the last interactable object again (basket/table/alter etc.) to restart.

ORDER
Empire
Location: High Pass, Chapter 11 (19k, 55k)
Quest: In-fury-Ating
Fly to High Pass and follow the road up to the Lake of the Damned PQ up the cliffs. The champion mob, Frostvein Fury, you need to kill flies along the edge. Kill it and it will drop Nachtblum's Bookbag, click this in your quest inventory to start the quest.
Run to Chapter 11 to find Reinhardt Nachtblum to get the next part of the quest. This will be marked on your map so head to the Temple of Change PQ. Find the Wailing horror outside the Temple and the alter behind it.
Finally, kill the hero, Vezla the Wailer (watch out, she punts so don't fall down the cliff). Finally go back to Chapter 11 to hand in (or die by mobs to fast travel) to get the upgrade item. Then unequip The Book of Boom II and you can purchase V3 from the same NPC.
Dwarf
Location: Badlands (53k, 20k)
Quest: Bone Pickers
Fly to Badlands and run North. You are looking for a flying champion mob - Dust-talon Vulture - it has a long flight path along the cliffs but you will need to be up on the cliffs to get the best chance of seeing it. All the vultures punt, so be careful they don't knock you off the cliffs. When you kill it, it will drop an Ancestral Pendant, click it in your quest inventory to start the quest.
Run to Chapter 11 to find Morek Oldor and get the next part of the quest. This will be marked on your map to get the Goblin meat and put it in the basket (hidden in some bare bushes at the bottom of the cliffs). Once you have done that, the hero will spawn, Bone Picker Jergural, kill him. Finally go back to Chapter 11 to hand in (or die by mobs to fast travel) to get the Ancestral Wisdom needed to upgrade the book. Then unequip The Book of Boom II and you can purchase V3 from the same NPC.
High Elf
Location: Saphery (53k, 20k)
Quest: Hags with Wings
Fly to Avelorn and run south. Head to the PQ Thanon Hall to the top of the waterfall. You will find a flying champion mob called Skywailing Harpy - kill it and it drops Druchii Courier's Satchel. Click this item in your quest inventory to start the quest.
Run North to Chapter 13 to find Astikar Aramir, who is also the vendor for the book, and take the next part of the quest. First you will need to kill a Darkwing Lordling to get the Lordling hand. Then run back up to the PQ, and head West towards the cliffs behind the building to place it in the basket. Both these areas are marked on the map.
Once you click the basket, the 27+ hero will spawn, Grezla Skyscreecher. Kill her and then head back to chapter 13 to the merchant. Hand it in to receive the Asur Lore upgrade item. Then unequip The Book of Boom II and you can purchase V3 from the same NPC.
DESTRUCTION
Dark Elf
Location: Saphery, Chapter 14 (26k, 34k)
Quest: Words Take No Flight
Fly to Saphery and run South until you see the maze walls. You are looking for a flying Pegasus mob called Silvermane Pegasus that flies along the wall. Kill it and it will drop Seneschal's Satchel. Click this in your quest inventory to start he quest then head to Chapter 14 to find Tressa Vashas inside the tent.
The next part will show on your map to take Starsight's heart and then place it on the table. When you place it on the table, the hero, Theylyn Starsight, will spawn. Kill her and then head back to chapter 14 to the merchant. Hand it in to receive the Dark Lore upgrade item. Then unequip The Book of Boom II and you can purchase V3 from the same NPC.
Chaos
Location: Talabecland, Chapter 11 (21k, 11k)
Quest: Fight Your Own Battles
Fly to Talabecland and run south to the cliff edges overlooking the water. you are looking for a flying mob called Messenger Hawk, kill this and it will drop Taalside Orders. Click this in your quest inventory to start the quest then head to Chapter 11 to find Draeven the Flameseer and pick up the next part of the quest.
This will show on your map to take the Taalside Agent's (sitting behind a building) hand and place it in the basket (tomato basket next to the building). When you place it in the basket and accept the next quest, the hero, Rindlewood Huntsmarshal will spawn. Kill him and then head back to chapter 11 to the merchant. Hand it in to receive the Chaotic Writings upgrade item. Then unequip The Book of Boom II and you can purchase V3 from the same NPC.
Greenskins
Location: Black Fire Pass, Chapter 10 (14.5k, 50.5k)
Quest: Feel the Burn
Fly to Black Fire Pass and run to the furthest South-West. You are looking for a flying mob called Thardrik Gyrosmith. Kill him to get the drop Gyro Oil to start the quest. Run West to Chapter 10 and find the quest NPC Nubzub Muncha.
The next part is on your map, kill Thardrik Gyrosmith and place it in the box. A hero will spawn next, Thardrik Foreman, kill him then head back to Chapter 10. Then unequip The Book of Boom II and you can purchase V3 from the same NPC.
